1.I want to cancel or change my order.

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! 

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to any customized order including, but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or specific items
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing shipping method
  • Changing color/size of items(s)
  • Addition or removal of item(s)
  • Changing or adding a discount code

For non-customizable products only if ordered, and for whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.

2.My order is stuck and not moving.

There are two common reasons why an order’s tracking says that it has not been shipped.

2.1 The order may have been shipped, but due to the destination distance of the shipment, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial issuance of the tracking number.
2.2 The order may have required additional processing time to complete the order, please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on processing and tracking.

3.When can I expect the delivery of my order?

Domestic -United States Free Standard Ship for order $35 and up- Delivery time 7-21 Business days.

Domestic -United States Standard Shipping for $0-34.99- Pay $4.99 for Standard Shipping Delivery Time 7-21 Business days.

Expedited Shipping -United States for order $0-65+- Pay $19.30 (per pound) for UPS 2nd Day Air.

Tracking your order will be provided once the product left our warehouse and on the hands of shipping/freight company. You will get an email of the updates on your order with the tracking number.

4.I have a problem with my order.

5.Discount Codes.

Discount codes are sales specific codes that can apply to your order when you are checking out. If there is a site-wide sale, applying discount codse may not be allowed unless otherwise indicated.

We cannot change or add a discount code after the order has been placed.

 6. I would like to know the material and size of each product.

For t-shirt size chart. Each listing has informational photo of the sizing and materials used.

For other products we offer. The listings always are accompanied by product descriptions and size.

7. I have a problem with my order. Lost in the mail.

What can we help you with? Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to the nature of shipping, we cannot be responsible for items lost at the hands of USPS or other Carrier.

We will always provide you with tracking information. If there will be an issue with the items that our company have already transferred over to USPS, please first contact USPS or other Carrier assigned to your order and their customer support system. Information will be provided once the order left our warehouse. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number.

8. For Wholesale Ordering.

9. What is the minimum order?

We don’t have a minimum order in our online store and online clothing shop. For consideration of wholesale prices, order of one item must reach 20 and above to be given the wholesale price.
